Letter from the Minister of Health to all Health Care Workers on HCT. 28/02/2010

Lyn's Comment: In an unprecedented move, the South African Minister of Health sent a letter addressed to all health care workers about the expanded HIV Counselling and Testing programme.  I believe that this isanother sign of the changed relationship and increased commitment of all parties in South Africa.

I was part of a discussion on the Dinokeng scenarios today.  Many people were sceptic about the possibility of achieving the "Walking Together" scenario.  This letter was for me an illustration of the Minister's determination to make this scenario a reality in the HIV terrain.
