Supply of anti retro viral drugs is expected to stabilize soon if the World Health Organization allows three local drug makers to sell ARVs to the government.
The three companies are already manufacturing the ARVs but cannot sell them to the government before they are approved by WHO. The assessment that will last three months will start next month. Head of inspection at the Pharmacy and Poisons Board Jacinta Wasike says the assessment will last three months.
