Positive Prevention
Lyn's Comment: In "Positive Prevention" the prevention interventions focus on people that are already infected with HIV. It aims to
- prevent infection of negative partners,
- prevent re-infection or super-infection of people living with HIV and
- ensure sexual and reproductive rights of people living with HIV.
It is also sometimes called "Secondary HIV Prevention:
