Your Loving Kindness is Forever.
Our Father, we stand before You in awe and worship.
We praise You, Lord Jesus that you came into our world,
so that we may become children of God – heirs to eternal life.
Holy Spirit we thank you as our Comfort and Strength
..for your loving kindness is forever
Oh Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, whose Name is given for salvation,
enlighten with the spirit of wisdom and knowledge
those researchers, scientists, and technicians who seek a cure for AIDS and it’s related conditions
..for your living kindness is forever.
Be present with them in their perplexity and, at last,
prosper their efforts with such success
that those who were without hope may rejoice and those who were considerd dead may be raised up
...for your loving kindness is forever.
Merciful God, we remember before you all who are sick this day,
and especially all persons with AIDS and HIV infection
..for your loving kindness is forever.
Give them courage to live with their disease.
Help them to face and overcome their fears.
Be with them when they are alone or rejected.
Comfort them when they are discouraged and touch them
with your healing Spirit that they may find and possess eternal life now and forever
..for your loving kindness is forever
Holy and life-giving Breath of God, fill our hearts and minds with your love,
comfort our brothers and sisters, and children living with HIV infection and AIDS.
..for your loving kindness is forever
Increase our commitment to their needs,
and assist us all to be faithfull disciples in the Gospel’s call. R
emove fear, prejudice and hatred from our midst
..for you loving kindness is forever
Forgiving Father, forgive our failure in responding to sickness, need and death.
Fill us to overflowing with the fire that only you possess.
Make us messengers of Your hope
..for your loving kindness is forever.
